Philosophy:

I honestly believe that the human body is designed to run, and that anyone can achieve their wildest running goals.  Some may have to put in more effort, work, and dedication than others but such is life.  I look forward to being a motivating factor and experienced helping hand in getting people outdoors and accomplishing their running goals. I believe that consistency (over a duration) is the key to success.  Keeping training plans flexible and adapting them to fit your life is essential.  Life happens, and training can and should be flexible and adaptive so that in the long run, you continue being active and building towards a goal. 

Process:

Essential to creating and implementing a training plan is getting to know the athlete.  That is why all coaching will begin with an in-person (if applicable) or digital consultation.  With an evaluation and understanding of your life, family, work, schedule, experience, and goals we can move forward and design a training plan for you.  Training plans and your progress will be evaluated and adapted every 1-2 weeks to continue to be fine-tuned to you personally.  Subscriptions/Coaching services can be canceled at any time, there is no "length of services" required!  Payments will be made through PayPal.
