My name is Nikk Adams and running is a major part of my life.  I no longer call it a hobby.  It might seem odd to some, but I was not always a runner or even capable of running more than the yearly mile in gym class.  In my mid 20s I decided to change my health, and running was just a tool to become more physically fit and healthy.  I didn't know then that I was changing my life.  Since then I've run faster (sort of) races from 5k to Half Marathons, road races, obstacle course races, and then transitioned into trail and Ultra Distance running.  I have found a lot of techniques and strategies that have led me to be successful, and I really want to help others change (if they want to) and/or achieve what they previously didn't think was possible.  

I live in Solon Springs, Wi and am a husband and father of two children.  Life and training are two very big things to juggle.  Sometimes it goes smoothly, other times it does not.  I want to help people fit running around their life, or fit their life around running!  Goals are important, doing hard things is important, but you don't have to do it alone.
